		<description>Judy - I&#039;m sorry to hear about your troubles.  Currently, there are multiple efforts coming from both the Federal and even some State Governments as well as from financial institutions to stave foreclosures.  I would recommend:

1) Visit http://www.hopenow.com/ Don&#039;t be afraid of this site because it stems from the Federal Government.  They are available to help you figure something out.  Nobody wants the foreclosure, it&#039;s not good for any parties involved. 

2) Call your mortgage company and simply explain your situation and see if something can be worked out.  Come up with a figure that you CAN afford each month and they may be able to adjust your interest rate accordingly.</description>

		<description>We are people in trouble we filed bankruptcy 1 year ago to save our house.  It was a bad choice.  Our interest rate is 14.125%.  So needless to say we are in trouble. W need a loan for 130,000.00 to stop foreclousre.  My husband has been working at his job for 25 years.  We have the means to pay the loan.  Can someone help us?</description>

		<description>I would say there is an advantage to all parties - except banks.  The lenders are getting above market interest rates on their money.  Borrows are getting loans that they might not have been able to get before at rates that can be reasonable.</description>
