As we take this Tuesday to reflect on all that the armed forces have given us, I wanted to also point out that one thing you might keep an eye out for are Veterans Day sales.  At first I thought, look at these companies and stores shamelessly having bargains and sales in order to entice people to buy things…but then I thought, capitalism is a precious commodity and competitive consumerism is an integral part of our culture.  Not to mention to get a gift of thanks for your vet.

Veterans Day

What Milk Your Money would like to remind our readers, however, is that we should be diligent in doing our home work and keep abreast of sales and the opportunities to saving money.  If you have read this far, and haven’t jumped down to the sales, thank you.

Be on the look out for a huge sale at Best Buy that ends November 15th as well.  We understand that excessive spending is a huge problem in this country, be sure your purchases are for a good reason and well thought out.  Don’t buy things on impulse now because of these sales, shop around, window shop and wait until Black Friday for another chance at savings!
