I have held a card with Wells Fargo for many years now and have always paid on time and have stellar credit.. Last month they increased my rate to over 17%(without telling me nor any advance warning(just a weak mention of a letter they sent in january..If it is true maybe it might show up after a few more letters from WWII are found and delivered first..Lol.). They told me on the phone that there were no guarantees and that the rate can change anytime(basically telling me they didn't have an answer as to why they raised my rate but did it because they could). I have a hard time understanding why when the prime rate is dropping like a stone and they are exceeding profits this quarter why they are jacking up my rate?...Unless that is the reason they are making a profit... Lol. GOUGING HURTS!!! .. Lol. ;)
